The prestigious Hann PerfM designation is a sign to breeders, riders, and owners that this mare has proven herself in sport and should be considered a valuable asset for sport and breeding.

As of 2025, geldings can also apply for the Performance award and receive an engraved plaque with the horse’s achievement.
